Hi! My name is James “Jimmy” Prehn. I am a Loan Officer with the Solution Lending Team at Essex Mortgage. I’ve been in the mortgage lending industry since 2013. Before becoming a loan officer, I worked in marketing and events for Higher Education. My favorite part of about being a mortgage consultant is helping families make their dreams and goals come true. My family and I have been born and raised in California and have a long time local established roots in LA and Orange County. What we love most about this area is all the amazing people and opportunities available to us.  

I have been married to my amazing wife Sara since 2006 and we have four kids. I have built my reputation on quick, timely responses to each and every client’s needs and concerns.  My phone and email are always at hand. One of the most gratifying aspects my job is to tailor the experience to suit your needs.
